We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if you are not 100% satisfied, we will give you a 100% refund within 30 days. We don't charge a restocking fee. The procedure for returns is outlined below:
1. Call (626) 288-3180. We don't use an automated phone system, so you can talk to a certified gemologist instantly.
2. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation, and shipped within 30 days of original purchase date.
- U.S orders greater than $500 in value are shipped via FedEx Priority Overnight. International orders over $500 in value are shipped via FedEx International Priority.
- U.S. orders under $500 in value are shipped via USPS Priority Overnight. International orders under $500 in value are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.
Our lifetime warranty also covers services like cleaning, polishing, prong tightening and rhodium plating -- all for just a small shipping charge. The lifetime warranty also covers the loss of side diamonds, assuming that the loss was not caused by damage.
If you purchase one of our settings that has diamonds mounted adjacent to the center diamond, those diamonds' replacements are covered for life. Diamonds rarely fall out but if any do, we'll match a replacement and remount it free of charge.
The center stone is however not covered if you lose it. If the center stone falls out and you cannot find it, we can supply a similar stone at our cost + shipping.
However, even with our lifetime warranty, it is important to have your jewelry insured in the event of loss, damage or theft.
